23-mm anti-aircraft twin barreled auto cannon «ZU-23-UB» is designed to destroy air targets at a distance of up to 2500 m, at an altitude of 1500 m, as well as the destruction of enemy manpower, its armored and fire means at a distance of up to 2000 m, in any terrain and any season. The «ZU-23-UB» fires with the 23-mm high explosive incendiary tracer (HEIT), the high explosive incendiary (HEI) and armor-piercing incendiary tracer (APIT) rounds. The strip loading rows are with either three HEI or three HEIT rounds and one APIT round.
